Lips usually settle within 48 hours. • Stay hydrated – one of our more simple but important tips is simply to stay hydrated.  Drinking plenty of water throughout the day will help your body to heal after treatment.
• Avoid high temperatures rooms – Ever Clinic recommend avoiding high temperature rooms such as saunas and steam rooms.  High heat can increase swelling and we strongly advise to avoid for up to 48 hours after treatment.
