ACNE SCARRING

Ever Clinic in Glasgow have made significant investment in past few years to bring patients with acne scarring an answer to their problem. Ever Clinic’s experts are on hand with access to multiple modalities to help reverse the damage acne scarring has on your face. We can also proudly boast we have access to the ONLY Erbium: YAG and CO2 fully ablative lasers in Scotland, giving you simply stunning results. Additionally we also are the only one of two clinics in the UK that has a Taylor Liberator, a device which delivers amazing results for acne scarring. AGEING SKIN
We are the only clinic in Scotland that offers Fully Ablative laser skin resurfacing in Glasgow, at Ever Clinic. Fractional Laser Resurfacing (C02RE being the most common) is a similar but milder treatment, which, unlike Fully Ablative, requires multiple sessions for a far less stunning result.

CHIN FAT
Ever Clinic are amongst the first clinics in Scotland that have been specially selected to offer FaceTite. FaceTite is a fat dissolving in injection indicated for the treatment of under chin fat. FaceTite is the gold standard injectable for treating under chin fat, and is made by Allergan. This product is known America as Kybella.
FaceTite is injected under the skin to reduce your double chin without surgery. A course of one to six simple treatments is all you need – walk-in, walk-out, with no bandages or stitches.
CROW’S FEET
One of the most popular uses for wrinkle relaxing treatment, crow’s feet or lateral canthal lines (in medical speak) are especially disliked by ladies. Fair skinned people who smile a lot are unfortunately more likely to get these lines. And those who smoke and forget sunscreen will be worse affected.
Wrinkle relaxing injections smooth out the lines, but if they are very marked to start with then the treatment will soften them rather than making them vanish.
For best effect, other treatments, may need to be combined with wrinkle relaxing. Treatments like micro-needling, skin-peels and PRP stimulate collagen and improve skin quality.
Excess Hair

EYE DEPRESSION
Under eye hollows are commonly referred to as “tear troughs”. These are usually diagnosed as semi-circular creases/depressions which sit directly underneath the eye, above the cheek. Patients who have this treatment commonly complain they feel that they look tired or have dark circles.

Facial Volume Loss
Patients looking for a liquid face lift tend to fall into one of two categories. For one group of patients, the goal is to lift the entire face and replace the volume time has taken away. In the other group of patients the goal is contour, lift or enhance specific facial features.

FROWN LINES
Some of us frown, some of us frown a lot! Those that do will tend to be more affected by frown lines. Especially those of us with fair skin who could be better at applying sun-protection. What’s that you say.. “Sun, in Scotland?”.
Actually the sun’s rays pass through our thick clouds and damage the skin anyway. So sun-protection is important even with our climate. A frown is causes by activation of our glabellar complex. Multiple muscles depress our inner brow, something that is important during our occasional day of sunshine.Regular use of this muscle complex gives us what are often referred to as our “11’s”.
Wrinkle relaxing injections (Botox) finds its commonest use here. Not only can it make a significant reduction in these lines but there is now evidence that it can actually treat depression!
HAIR LOSS
Hair loss can be a natural part of our bodies functional cycle occurring in the hair follicle. There are three phases to this cycle;
- Exogen (shedding phase)
- Telogen (resting phase)
- Anagen (growth phase)
Should multiple follicles of the hair be in the resting phase of the bodies cycle at the same time the hair can appear to be thinning.
PRP/PRF have been shown to extend the growth phase and increase the amount of blood supply to the hair follicles. This ultimately results in a fuller scalp.
Treatment consists of multiple injections into the scalp with comfort provided by regional anaesthetic blocks.
HOLLOW TEMPLES
As we age our temples begin to hollow and it can certainly be the last thing we think about when considering considering or undergoing an aesthetic procedure.

Lipoma Removal
Lipomas are non-cancerous and slow-growing fatty lumps which occur under the surface of the skin. They are typically found on the abdomen, neck, shoulders, arms or thighs but can occur anywhere. It is not uncommon for a person to have more than one lipoma on their body and seek treatment to remove these harmless growths.
Dr Cormac provides all minor surgery at Ever Clinic in Glasgow after a detailed medical history is taken and consultation carried out. We also use Ultrasound, at no additional cost, to more accurately diagnose and measure depth, allowing a much more precise procedure.
Mole Removal
Here at Ever Clinic, we provide mole removal in Glasgow. Whether for cosmetic reasons, because you’re concerned about a mole or simply because it catches on your clothes you may wish to have it removed. At Ever Clinic, our mole removal consultations are done by our medical director Dr Cormac under dermoscopy, allowing him to see your mole under great magnification. This allows for a substantially safer diagnosis.
NOSE TO MOUTH LINES
Facial indentations are often the biggest giveaway when it comes to age, particularly the folds running from your nose to your mouth. Dermal fillers can help plump and fill in these lines, reducing the signs of ageing.
RHINOPHYMA
In comparison to all other forms of treatment for rhinophyma, Surgical CO2 lasers are considered to be the gold standard. Aesthetic CO2 lasers tend to be less powerful. Other treatments are not as effective and may lead to less satisfactory results. Rhinophyma is no longer treated by the NHS unless it affects a patient’s breathing.

SEBORRHOEIC KERATOSIS
Seborrhoeic keratoses, also known as basal cell papillomas or seborrhoeic warts, are common growths on the skin that look like large moles. They usually present on on the trunk but can also appear on the head and neck.
SKIN TAG REMOVAL
At the Ever Clinic, we recommend that skin tags are properly assessed to ensure a medical diagnosis is made allowing our medical Director, Dr Cormac to make a professional assessment on the best method to remove them.
SMOKERS LINES
Despite their name, “smokers line” do not come exclusively from smoking. They in fact are the result of constant muscular activity and skin thinning due to general ageing. They most prominently present on the upper lip.
Spider Veins
There are two effective treatment options for thread veins.
- Laser treatment breaks down unwanted face and leg veins using a powerful light source.
- Sclerotherapy (Microsclerotherapy) is used exclusively to treat leg veins. Here a medical solution causes microscopic damage to cells such that the vein closes.
