All complaints should be, in the first instance, made to the clinic itself in writing by email to bookings@everclinic.co.uk and we will endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
If you feel your complaint hasn’t been handled satisfactorily, please contact Health Improvement Scotland
Healthcare Improvement Scotland is the regulator for independent healthcare services across Scotland and can accept complaints at any time from a complainant.
